Job Summary:

Technical Support Representative will be responsible in providing technical assistance to our customers about their product issues. He/she will provide fast, quality support across all product line via phone, email and live chat. He/she will use fundamental technical troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer issues.

Job Qualification:

  • Experience working in a client support role preferable – help desk experience;
  • Good Verbal and Written communication skills
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Good understanding of Bluetooth and WiFi technology and how to
    troubleshoot/setup;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in typing and grammar;
  • Solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good;
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
