As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering first class customer experience, and
be the first point of contact with our customers all over the United Kingdom.

Job Description:

  • Professionally assist customers with their inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide real-time assistance to customers from our live chats support.
  • Perform outbound calls when needed.
  • Provide clear and correct information to the customers.
  • Coordinate with the Managers and teammates for any task assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skill
  • Keen and particular to meet deadlines
  • Can provide a high quality of work whilst under pressure
  • At least 2 years BPO experience particularly in Customer Service
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Team player
  • Can work 5-days in a week
  • Can work mid-shift or graveyard shift
  • Can work in Mabolo Area
  • Can start ASAP
