Chat Support Agent will respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program and Facebook Messenger. Drive sales through product suggestions or book consultations. When no active live chats, agents must cold contact leads (phone/mail/chat) to try to sell or interest potential new clients in live chat.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing
  • Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
  • With selling skills.
  • Preferably experience in Medical or Beauty industry, EG, Nurse, Medical equipment Sales, or worked at Cosmetic Surgery Clinic or Dentist, or has high interest in Aesthetic Medical Procedures & Beauty
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to work flexible work schedules including nights and weekends.
