The IT specialist I installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and support to system users.
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in IT, Computer Engineering or any related course.
- At least 1 to 2 years work experience as in IT Help Desk/IT support or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of PCs and communications interfaces
- Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Full-time position and can work in a shifting schedule
